Founder of Los Patios de Beatas in Málaga and creator of eno-gastronomic spaces such as the Wine Museum in Ojén and Mijas, he serves as a judge in some of the main Spanish wine competitions, as well as being a speaker at wine congresses and a lecturer at several Spanish universities on the subject. In addition, he acts as an ambassador of Málaga’s gastronomy for the public brand “Costa del Sol”, promoting our products in numerous countries.

As if that were not enough, he has tasted more than 25,000 wines over the course of his career, establishing himself as a benchmark figure on both the national and international stage.
